A BILL
To enact section 101.291 of the Revised Code to 1
require the House of Representatives to contract 2
with an independent third party to biannually 3
conduct an audit of the House of 4
Representatives' human resources practices. 5
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 101.291 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows: 7
Sec. 101.291. (A) The house of representatives shall 8
contract with an independent third party to biannually conduct 9
an audit of the human resources practices of the house of 10
representatives. 11
(B) The independent third party shall be both of the 12
following: 13
(1) A member of the association of workplace investigators 14
or its successor organization; 15
(2) Certified by the society for human resource management 16
or its successor organization. 17
(C) The results of an audit under this section shall be 18
