DETAILED ANALYSIS
License Plate Weirdo Cat Lovers of Cleveland license plate, which must display an
appropriate logo and words selected by representatives of the nonprofit
organization Weirdo Cat Lovers of Cleveland and approved by the Registrar
of Motor Vehicles.1
Recipients Available to all applicants.
Eligible Vehicles Any passenger car, noncommercial motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, or
other vehicle approved by the Registrar.
Contribution; $15 required contribution.
Additional BMV Fee;
$10 additional administrative BMV fee.
Use of Contribution
Contributions must be paid to the Weirdo Cat Lovers of Cleveland, which
must use the funds to further the organization’s mission of assisting pet
parents with emergency veterinary bills for their feline companions,
providing food and litter to those in economic need, and controlling feral
cat populations through the process of trap-neuter-return to the
community.2

administrative fee, any special reserved license plate fee if necessary; and
