                       A RESOLUTION
                        Honoring Allison Noggle
  on winning the high school division of the 2024 Ohio-Kentucky Sijo
                         Student Competition.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th    1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to     2
Allison Noggle on placing first in the high school division of the        3
2024 Ohio-Kentucky Sijo Student Competition; and                          4
     WHEREAS, Allison Noggle is deserving of praise for honoring the      5
traditional Korean form of poetry and earning first in the high school    6
division of this year's Ohio-Kentucky Sijo Student Competition. Her       7
impressive credentials reveal a number of admirable strengths, and her    8
remarkable piece clearly reflects her commitment to excellence. She       9
has displayed leadership ability, maturity, and a capacity for            10
diligence that is commendable; and                                        11
     WHEREAS, A junior at Wayne Trace High School, Allison Noggle has     12
proven herself to be a creative young person of exceptional               13
intelligence and determination, and she has demonstrated the              14
confidence and enthusiasm of a true competitor. The knowledge that she    15
has gained through her participation in the Ohio-Kentucky Sijo Student    16
Competition will benefit her as she continues to pursue her academic      17
studies; and                                                              18
     WHEREAS, Allison Noggle’s accomplishments are a justifiable source   19
of pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also on her      20
family, her school, and her community. In many areas of endeavor, she     21
has certainly set a superb example for others to follow; therefore be     22

    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of     24

the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,           25
applaud Allison Noggle for outstanding achievement and salute her as a     26
fine Ohioan; and be it further                                             27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     28
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Allison Noggle.            29
