                       A RESOLUTION
               Honoring American Legion Toledo Post 335
                          on its Centennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to pay tribute to American Legion   2
Toledo Post 335 on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth          3
Anniversary, celebrated May 28, 2024; and                                4
     WHEREAS, This is, indeed, an important event, and it provides an    5
ideal time to acknowledge the exceptional work done by American Legion   6
Toledo Post 335. Since its establishment, the group has engaged in an    7
array of worthwhile activities and projects that have met a number of    8
local needs, and this organization’s impressive contributions to the     9
community readily explain why it is widely held in high esteem; and      10
     WHEREAS, All those associated with American Legion Toledo Post      11
335, including its hard-working members, are to be commended for their   12
foresight, dedication, and selfless donations of time, energy, and       13
ability in service to area veterans, their families, and others. These   14
fine people have set an example of concerned and responsible             15
citizenship that is worthy of emulation; and                             16
     WHEREAS, American Legion Toledo Post 335 has enhanced the quality   17
of life within Toledo and the surrounding communities, and its           18
generous contributions have earned it the gratitude and respect of the   19
many citizens it has so capably served. We are certain that as this      20
group maintains its stellar record of service, it will continue in the   21
tradition of excellence that has been its hallmark since its             22
establishment; therefore be it                                           23
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of   24
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,         25

congratulate American Legion Toledo Post 335 on its Centennial and            26
salute its members as outstanding citizens; and be it further                 27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit        28
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to American Legion Toledo        29
Post 335.                                                                     30
