A RESOLUTION
Honoring the Beavercreek High School Air Force JROTC B-1
Bombers drill team on winning two 2024 Air Force JROTC
Open Drill Nationals championships.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to applaud the Beavercreek High School Air Force 2
JROTC B-1 Bombers drill team on securing first place in the armed and 3
unarmed divisions at the 2024 Air Force JROTC Open Drill Nationals; 4
and 5
WHEREAS, The Beavercreek High School Air Force JROTC B-1 Bombers 6
drill team has achieved an outstanding feat in winning in both the 7
armed and unarmed divisions at this year’s Air Force JROTC Open Drill 8
Nationals, and the culmination of its exemplary efforts is truly 9
praiseworthy. The B-1 Bombers’ strong performance, combined with an 10
adept drive to succeed, has led the squad to excellence, and the group 11
has earned the appreciation and admiration of many; and 12
WHEREAS, The accomplishments and development of the Beavercreek 13
High School Air Force JROTC B-1 Bombers drill team are fine examples 14
of what can be attained by a group of hard-working young people who 15
have flourished in a dedicated, supportive environment. Throughout 16
extensive effort and training, the members have developed into dynamic 17
individuals, and they are deserving of acknowledgement; and 18
WHEREAS, With great admiration, we congratulate the fine people 19
who comprise the Beavercreek High School Air Force JROTC B-1 Bombers 20
drill team, for they have worked collectively to display tremendous 21
prowess. Indeed, we are confident that as they meet their future 22
challenges, they will take with them the lessons of comradery, 23
diligence, and discipline learned as a part of this team; therefore be 24

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General 26
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, heartily commend the 27
Beavercreek High School Air Force JROTC B-1 Bombers drill team as the 28
2024 U.S. Air Force JROTC Open Drill Nationals Champion and praise the 29
strength of this program; and be it further 30
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 31
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Beavercreek High School 32
Air Force JROTC B-1 Bombers drill team. 33
