                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring the Marysville Journal-Tribune on its One Hundred
              Seventy-fifth Anniversary.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to commend the Marysville Journal-Tribune on its     2
One Hundred Seventy-fifth Anniversary; and                               3
     WHEREAS, Celebration of this distinguished occasion is an           4
appropriate time to pay tribute to the Marysville Journal-Tribune, for   5
throughout the past one hundred seventy-five years, it has become        6
known for excellence. This fine periodical has earned the gratitude      7
and appreciation of many satisfied readers, and its success is a         8
justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on    9
the newspaper itself but also on its astute management, on its           10
dedicated employees, and on the community; and                           11
     WHEREAS, Over the years, the Marysville Journal-Tribune has         12
provided comprehensive coverage of current events at the local level     13
while maintaining the flexibility necessary to meet the changing needs   14
and interests of area readers. Entertaining, educational, and            15
informative, this outstanding newspaper has earned the loyalty of        16
countless readers, and it has become one of Ohio’s most outstanding      17
news publication; and                                                    18
     WHEREAS, The success of any newspaper depends largely on the        19
dedication and hard work of its management and staff. For their          20
integrity, skill, and unwavering commitment to excellence, all those     21
associated with the Marysville Journal-Tribune are truly deserving of    22
high praise; therefore be it                                             23
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General   24
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud the Marysville    25

Journal-Tribune on its One Hundred Seventy-fifth Anniversary and offer      26
best wishes for the future; and be it further                               27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                 28
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Marysville Journal-            29
