                       A RESOLUTION
     Honoring the Northwestern Junior/Senior High School Warrior
competitive cheer team as the 2024 OASSA Division 4 Game-Day Building
                            State Champion.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to    2
the Northwestern Junior/Senior High School Warrior competitive cheer     3
team on winning the Division 4 Game-Day Building Championship at the     4
2024 Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators State Cheer     5
Championships; and                                                       6
     WHEREAS, The talented athletes of the Northwestern Junior/Senior    7
High School Warrior competitive cheer team are, indeed, to be            8
commended for their remarkable fitness and competitive drive,            9
qualities that have figured prominently in their impressive              10
performance at this year’s OASSA State Cheer Championships, where they   11
placed first in the Division 4 game-day building category. To their      12
credit, they could always be counted on to execute even the most         13
demanding routines with agility, precision, exuberance, and grace; and   14
     WHEREAS, Under the expert guidance of their coaches, the members    15
of the Northwestern Junior/Senior High School Warrior competitive        16
cheer team have trained tirelessly in order to ensure peak physical      17
and mental conditioning, and their exceptional prowess has earned them   18
many admirers. Participation in this sport has enabled them to learn     19
much about creative expression, discipline, and dedication, and          20
clearly, the experience they have acquired is certain to benefit them    21
in the years to come; and                                                22
     WHEREAS, All those who comprise the Northwestern Junior/Senior      23
High School Warrior competitive cheer team have epitomized the power,    24

poise, and precision that befit true champions, and they have served       25
as an inspiration to their peers. Their accomplishments are a              26
justifiable source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on        27
them but also on their families, their coaches, their school, and          28
their community; therefore be it                                           29
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of     30
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,           31
applaud the Northwestern Junior/Senior High School Warrior competitive     32
cheer team for exemplary achievement and extend best wishes for            33
ongoing success; and be it further                                         34
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit     35
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Northwestern           36
Junior/Senior High School Warrior competitive cheer team.                  37
