A RESOLUTION
Honoring the Cardington FFA advanced parliamentary
procedure team on winning the 2023 Ohio FFA
Parliamentary Procedure Championship.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to commend the Cardington FFA advanced 2
parliamentary procedure team as the 2023 Ohio FFA Parliamentary 3
Procedure Champion; and 4
WHEREAS, The members of the Cardington FFA advanced parliamentary 5
procedure team have directed themselves toward meaningful 6
participation in the numerous beneficial programs of the National FFA 7
Organization, and as a result, they won the state championship in the 8
parliamentary procedure career development event with a score of 846.5 9
and qualified for the national competition. The initiative and 10
dedication shown by teammates Brayden Rammelsberg, Megan Gardner, 11
Madison Dornon, Alexis Peters, Isabelle Hess, Ava Davis, Hailey 12
Littlemeyer, Danny Townsend, and Brandon Hughes have helped to 13
guarantee a high level of success for all projects with which they 14
have been associated, and they have earned the admiration and respect 15
of many; and 16
WHEREAS, FFA supports experiences that combine wisdom, leadership, 17
enthusiasm, and optimism. All those who represent the Cardington FFA 18
advanced parliamentary procedure team that competed in this year’s 19
novice parliamentary procedure career development event are to be 20
commended, for their devotion to the organization has enabled them to 21
explore their interests and gain new skills; and 22
WHEREAS, Many people have provided excellent guidance and 23
leadership to the Cardington FFA advanced parliamentary procedure 24

team, including Coach Erin Wollett, and the team’s accomplishments 25
are a justifiable source of pride not only for the students and their 26
coach but also for their families, their school, and their community. 27
We look with optimism to their future accomplishments; therefore be it 28
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General 29
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, celebrate the 30
Cardington FFA advanced parliamentary procedure team on its tremendous 31
attainment and applaud these fine Ohioans; and be it further 32
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 33
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Cardington FFA advanced 34
parliamentary procedure team. 35
