                       A RESOLUTION
                          Honoring Nate Moore
     as the 2023 MaxPreps National Coach of the Year in football.
     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th   1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Nate Moore on       2
being named the 2023 MaxPreps National Coach of the Year in football;    3
and                                                                      4
     WHEREAS, As the head football coach at Massillon Washington High    5
School since 2015, Nate Moore has demonstrated remarkable integrity      6
and dedication. Throughout the 2023 season, he not only encouraged his   7
athletes to develop their talents to the fullest but also instilled in   8
each a valuable sense of determination, perseverance, camaraderie, and   9
spirit, and as a result, he led the Tigers to secure the Division II     10
State Championship, a perfect 16-0 record, and a national ranking of     11
tenth by MaxPreps; and                                                   12
     WHEREAS, The expertise, guidance, and sound judgment of coaches     13
such as Nate Moore are critical to the ultimate success of any           14
athletic endeavor. Due largely to his tireless efforts, the Tigers       15
have emerged as winners, both in and out of competition, and he has      16
earned the genuine respect and admiration of many for his fantastic      17
work; and                                                                18
     WHEREAS, With athletic competition playing such an important role   19
in the total education of our young people, we are pleased to pay        20
tribute to Nate Moore for a job well done. His outstanding rapport       21
with his players, as well as with his fellow coaches, has been a vital   22
factor in the Tigers’ accomplishments, and he is certainly deserving     23
of high praise; therefore be it                                          24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of    25

As Offered
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution,              26
commend Nate Moore on his recent national accolade and extend best            27
wishes for the future; and be it further                                      28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit        29
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Nate Moore.                   30
