A RESOLUTION
Honoring Dylan Halm
as a 2023 All-American in boys soccer.
WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the 135th 1
General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to commend Dylan Halm on being 2
selected as a 2023 All-American in boys soccer by the United Soccer 3
Coaches; and 4
WHEREAS, Dylan Halm is, indeed, deserving of recognition for his 5
outstanding 2023 season, and being named an All-American is a fitting 6
tribute to him for his numerous athletic accomplishments. A senior 7
member of the Revere High School boys soccer team, he has played an 8
instrumental role in the squad’s success this season, and he could 9
always be counted on to shine when he was needed most; and 10
WHEREAS, Dylan Halm is a truly gifted athlete, for he has 11
distinguished himself as a driven individual and excelled in his 12
sport. Time and again, he has proven himself to be a leader, both in 13
and out of competition, and this is just one of the many accolades 14
that are sure to decorate his life; and 15
WHEREAS, Dylan Halm’s exemplary record of personal achievement 16
stands as a hallmark worthy of emulation, and he has inspired 17
countless people to excel in various areas of endeavor. Through his 18
participation in soccer, he has learned lessons of self-discipline, 19
perseverance, hard work, and good sportsmanship, and his skill and 20
acumen are evident in his selection as an All-American; therefore be 21

RESOLVED, That we, the members of the House of Representatives of 23
the 135th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, 24
applaud Dylan Halm on being named a 2023 All-American in boys soccer 25

and look to his future with optimism; and be it further 26
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the House of Representatives transmit 27
a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to Dylan Halm. 28
