A BILL
To enact the Issue 1 Implementation Act. 1
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. The Ohio General Assembly shall have exclusive 2
authority over implementing Ohio Constitution, Article I, 3
Section 22. All jurisdiction is hereby withdrawn from and denied 4
to the Courts of Common Pleas and all other courts of the State 5
of Ohio on any and all claims attempting to enforce or implement 6
Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22. 7
Section 2. Any pending or new lawsuits, claims, 8
counterclaims, third-party claims, or defenses attempting to 9
enforce or implement Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22, 10
in any court of the State of Ohio shall be immediately 11
dismissed, and any existing court rulings to enforce or 12
implement Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22, shall all be 13
vacated. 14
Section 3. Any violation of this Act by any judge in the 15
State of Ohio shall constitute a misdemeanor in office for the 16
purpose of Ohio Constitution, Article II, Section 24, concerning 17
impeachable offenses. 18
