                       A RESOLUTION
            Honoring the Eckinger Construction Company on its
              Centennial.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Eckinger Construction Company    2
on the auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and         3
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is a fitting     4
tribute to the Eckinger Construction Company, for throughout the past    5
one hundred years, this fine venture has attained a remarkable record    6
of service to its industry. Founded in 1923 by Walter Eckinger, Sr.,     7
this exemplary business has grown from a humble home remodeler to now    8
be licensed in retail construction in forty-five states and Canada,      9
and it is truly worthy of acknowledgement; and                           10
     WHEREAS, The success of the Eckinger Construction Company is a      11
justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on    12
the business itself but also on the astute management of Phil and        13
Jeremy Eckinger and their predecessors and on its hard-working           14
employees. Due to their tremendous vision and initiative, they have      15
helped this respected enterprise earn the gratitude and appreciation     16
of many satisfied clients, and they are deserving of high praise; and    17
     WHEREAS, Over the past century, the Eckinger Construction Company   18
has enhanced the quality of life within the surrounding area. We are     19
certain that as this notable establishment maintains its unfaltering     20
dedication to service and achievement, it will continue to grow and      21
prosper and will uphold the tradition of excellence that has long been   22
its hallmark; therefore be it                                            23
     RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General   24
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Eckinger      25

As Adopted by the Senate
Construction Company on its One Hundredth Anniversary and extend best         26
wishes for the future; and be it further                                      27
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly                   28
authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Eckinger Construction            29
Company.                                                                      30
