DETAILED ANALYSIS
The bill designates the following highway and authorizes the Director of Transportation
to erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name:
Designated Name “Specialist Five Frederick Wayne Taylor Memorial Highway”1
Highway The northeast bound and southwest bound lanes of State Route 7, between
Archers Fork Road and Grandview Hill Road, in Washington County
Other Information Specialist Five Frederick Wayne Taylor served in the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry
Division in the Vietnam War. He was killed in action on May 15, 1968.
