A RESOLUTION
Honoring Madison Miller as Miss Ohio 2023.
WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 135th General Assembly 1
of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Madison Miller on 2
being selected as Miss Ohio 2023; and 3
WHEREAS, An intelligent, motivated, and personable woman, Madison 4
Miller has worked diligently to develop her knowledge and skills, and 5
as a result, she was named Miss Ohio 2023. In all of her endeavors, 6
she has amply demonstrated her ability to meet challenges with 7
confidence, and we applaud her on her tremendous efforts; and 8
WHEREAS, The founder of Veterans Narrative, a talented pianist, 9
and a devoted supporter of Honor Flight, Madison Miller has clearly 10
demonstrated the potential of every citizen to have a positive effect 11
on the quality of life in our society, and she is deserving of high 12
praise. Her amiable style will no doubt carry her far beyond this 13
event, and she can be justifiably proud of her accomplishment, for her 14
many special qualities make her truly worthy of this title; and 15
WHEREAS, The achievements of Madison Miller are a justifiable 16
source of pride and an excellent reflection not only on her but also 17
on her family, her community, and her state. Displaying an 18
enthusiastic and confident approach to life, coupled with maturity and 19
initiative, she has the potential to become one of tomorrow’s leaders; 20
therefore be it 21
RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 135th General 22
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend Madison Miller 23
for outstanding achievement and salute her as a fine Ohioan; and be it 24
further 25
RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly 26
