JUSTIFICATION:
Joe has served with distinction as a part-time officer for many years.
He began his career in 2006 with the Town of Cuba Police Department and
has maintained continuous, exemplary service ever since. During his time
with the village of Allegany, Joe has proven to be an invaluable asset
to the department and the community.
Currently, New York State Civil Service age requirements preclude them
from transitioning Joe to a full-time role via the standard examination
process. However, given his extensive experience and unwavering commit-
ment to law enforcement, they're eager to have him join their ranks on a
permanent, full-time basis.
