Requires NYSOFA to produce a single universal report that accounts for

It has been tough to quantify and evaluate exactly how much support New

health, transportation and the like, ad infinitum. In order to know
where we are and what investments we need to make, we need a full
accounting of the status quo.

New Bill, 2026.

No new spending required.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
Immediate.
