TITLE OF BILL:
An act to amend the executive law, in relation to including Hague Brook
in the list of inland waterways eligible for the local waterfront revi-
talization program
 
PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL:
Adding Hague Brook to the list of New York State's designated inland
waterways.
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
tive law, as separately amended by chapters 382 and 397 of the laws of 3
2023 to add Hague Brook.
Section 2. Enacting Date
 
JUSTIFICATION:
The Town of Hague is currently preparing a Local Waterfront Revitaliza-
tion Program and is seeking for "Hague Brook" to be designated an
"Inland Waterway."
