An act to amend the education law and the public health law, in relation
to requiring opioid antagonists in student gathering places at colleges
and universities and requiring college and university emergency medical
services to carry opioid antagonists

To provide opioid antagonists at colleges and universities
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section 1 amends education law.
Sections 2 to 4 amend public health law.
Section 5 amends education law.
Section 6 sets the effective date.
 
JUSTIFICATION:
To provide opioid antagonists at colleges and universities.
