JUSTIFICATION:
New York State currently lacks a standardized process to provide profes-
sionals in appearance enhancement fields with downloadable copies of
their licenses and certificates after renewal. This bill fills that gap
by requiring the Department of State to make PDF versions available.
Providing this convenient option streamlines the process for profes-
sionals, offering immediate access to renewed licenses without waiting
for physical copies.
