TITLE OF BILL:
An act appropriating certain monies for capital improvements to the
historic Forrest Hills Overpass
 
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this bill is to provide adequate funding for capital
repairs to the Forrest Hills overpass
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section 1 allocates four million dollars to the department of transpor-
tation for the sole application of repairing the historic Forrest Hills
overpass in Queens, NY.
Section 2 provides the effective date. JUSTIFICATION The historic
Forrest Hills overpass has needed money for capital improvements for
some time. This bill would ensure that the site has adequate funds to
complete sorely needed capital upgrades.
