JUSTIFICATION:
This bill allows for the expansion of the Address Confidentiality
Program to include victims of the revenge porn law, allowing them to
utilize the ACP. The ACP is a program that assists individuals who have
been victims of certain crimes and who have relocated as a result of the
crime. The ACP gives them an alternative address to use that would
protect the confidentiality of their location, and the inclusion of
victims under the revenge porn law allows for them to utilize the ACP
