TITLE OF BILL:
An act to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in
relation to establishing certain requirements for district leadership
teams
 
PURPOSE:
This legislation would require all New York City School District Leader-
ship Teams to operate under the open meetings law.
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section One: Require all New York City School District Leadership Teams
to operate under the open meetings law.
Section 2: Effective Date
 
JUSTIFICATION:
Given the importance of the New York City School District Leadership
Teams to education policy in New York City, these meetings should be
open to the public.
