amended to add "the second Saturday in February to be known as Interna-
tional Snowmobile Ride Day."
Section 2. establishes the effective date.

JUSTIFICATION:
Winter can be one of the most beautiful seasons, however, many people do
not get the opportunity to experience winter to the fullest because of
weather limitations. The designation of International Snowmobile Ride
Day would be a great way to allow people the chance to explore winter at
its best. Snowmobiling is fun, easy to learn, and for all ages. More-
over, snowmobile riding is a very effective way for families to spend
the day together, for friends to plan a trip to be with one another
again, or for those inside to get out and try something new.
