PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL::
Authorizes the town of Henrietta, county of Monroe to alienate certain
lands used as parkland and to dedicate certain other lands as parklands
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS::
Section 1: provisions to authorize to discontinue parkland to Forest
Creek Equity Corporation.
Section 2: provision to authorize Forest Creek Equity Corporation to
convey land to the town of Henrietta.
Section 3: description of land to be alienated by the town of Henrietta
to Forest Creek Equity Corporation.
Section 4: description of land to be convey by Forest Creek Equity
Corporation to the town of Henrietta.
Section 5: description of right-of-way to be conveyed by Forest Creek
Equity Corporation to the town of Henrietta.
Section 6: land equivalent and fair market valuation.
Section 7: federal consideration.
Section 8: effective date
 
JUSTIFICATION::
This transfer will assist the town in building additional and much need-
ed housing while improving the accessibility of parkland for its resi-
dents.
