TITLE OF BILL:
An act to repeal section 926-o of the general municipal law relating to
the Town of Niagara industrial development agency
 
PURPOSE:
To dissolve the Town of Niagara industrial development agency.
 
SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:
Section 1: The Town of Niagara will now possess the existing records,
property, rights, titles, and interests of the Town of Niagara indus-
trial development agency.
Section 2 establishes the effective date.
 
JUSTIFICATION:
As of 2021, the Town of Niagara IDA has been terminated. The IDA no
longer has any existing transactions, all outstanding notes have been
canceled and all remaining assets have been transferred to the town.
