Existing law requires the labeling for a prescription drug to include the name of the prescribing practitioner. (NRS 639.2801) This bill provides that upon request from the prescribing practitioner, the labeling for a prescription for mifepristone, misoprostol or their generic alternatives may instead include the name of the prescribing health care practice instead of the name of the prescribing practitioner.
