Additionally, the bill amends existing laws to ensure that all relevant licensing boards include a donor status section on their application forms, which must be submitted to the Motor Vehicle Division for inclusion in the donor registry. The new provisions will apply to a variety of professions, including respiratory care, massage therapy, physical therapy, veterinary practice, and social work, with an effective date set for January 1, 2026, to allow for necessary adjustments in application processes.
