AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EPI DURAN REGIONAL CRISIS AND TREATMENT CENTER OPERATED BY SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2024 and 2025 to complete capital improvements at the Epi Duran regional crisis and treatment center operated by San Miguel county. Money appropriated in this section may be used for construction, including renovation and repair, and equipment and furnishings. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2025 shall revert to the general fund.
