If a complainant seeks a preliminary injunction, the court is mandated to issue it if they can demonstrate immediate, irreparable harm and a likelihood of success on the merits of their case. The bill also allows for the awarding of reasonable attorneys' fees to the prevailing party during litigation, including at the preliminary injunction stage.
