The Division of Travel and Tourism is tasked with publishing application information on its website. Furthermore, it mandates that every six months, the South Jersey Transportation Authority and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority must provide the Department of Transportation and the Division of Travel and Tourism with a list of planned and existing displays for the upcoming six months. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
