Additionally, the department will assign staff to assist providers in program implementation and will monitor the program's effectiveness by requiring participating organizations to maintain accurate records related to service levels and referral activities.

Furthermore, the bill stipulates that DCF will collect and maintain data on the program and submit an annual report to the Governor and Legislature. This report will include information on the number of counties or municipalities that have adopted the program, the number of participants, and the program's overall effectiveness. The bill also includes provisions for necessary funding from the General Fund to support its implementation and is aligned with recommendations from the Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Domestic Violence.
