Furthermore, the bill stipulates that the commissioner must prepare and submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature every two years, detailing the number and locations of available park-and-ride lots near major warehouse facilities, as well as any new facilities established in the preceding two years. This initiative aims to improve commuter access and reduce traffic congestion associated with major warehouse operations.
