The information is required to be available in hard copy at each agency's location and prominently displayed on their respective websites. The Department of Human Services is tasked with supplying the necessary information to the agencies and ensuring it is updated at least every two years. The bill defines "living donation" as the donation of an anatomical gift by a living donor for transplantation into another individual.

Additionally, the bill appropriates $1 million from the General Fund to the Department of Human Services to support the implementation of these provisions. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
