This bill mandates that each State agency, in collaboration with the Department of Human Services, must provide educational information to the public about living donations. The information will be available in hard copy at each agency's location and will also be prominently displayed on their respective websites. The Department of Human Services is responsible for supplying the necessary information to the agencies and ensuring it is updated at least every two years. The bill defines "living donation" as the donation of an anatomical gift by a living donor intended for transplantation into another individual.

Additionally, the bill allocates $1 million from the General Fund to the Department of Human Services to support the implementation of these provisions. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
