This bill prohibits the New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJT) from displaying or maintaining advertisements that promote gambling, tobacco products, or vapor products. Specifically, it restricts NJT from advertising casino games or sports pools unless the advertisement is focused on prevention, education, and treatment programs for compulsive gamblers. Additionally, the bill defines "vapor product" broadly to include devices such as e-cigarettes and vape pens, along with their components and any substances that can be aerosolized or vaporized, while excluding FDA-approved products.

To implement this legislation, the New Jersey Transit Corporation is required to adopt rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. The bill is set to take effect on the first day of the third month following its enactment.
