This bill authorizes the conduct of Queen of Hearts raffle games by eligible organizations in New Jersey, as regulated by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. The commission is tasked with adopting regulations to oversee these games, which involve a raffle board containing 54 facedown playing cards. Participants holding winning raffle tickets will select cards in search of the Queen of Hearts, with cash prizes awarded for non-winning selections and a 50 percent prize awarded to the winner who selects the Queen of Hearts. The remaining prize funds will be retained by the licensee.

Additionally, the bill allows licensees to utilize the net proceeds from these raffle games in any manner permitted by law and in accordance with state regulations. The commission is empowered to specify any necessary requirements for the conduct of these games, ensuring proper oversight and regulation. The act is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
