This bill mandates that each public school with a library must post a comprehensive list of all available resources on its website in an easily accessible location. The list should include various types of materials such as books, periodicals, DVDs, and databases, whether in print or digital format. Additionally, any new resources ordered or purchased must be added to this list within 10 days of the transaction.

The responsibility for maintaining and updating this list falls to the school library media specialist. If a school does not have a library media specialist, the principal is required to designate existing staff members to manage the cataloging of library resources. The bill is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
