The card will require a minimum balance of $10 and will not expire. The program will also implement a fare capping system to ensure users pay the lowest fare possible and provide additional discounts beyond existing fare reductions for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Both programs will require the corporation to publish relevant information on its website and submit annual reports to the Governor and Legislature regarding their effectiveness.
