This bill aims to protect children under the age of 12 by prohibiting casino and sports wagering licensees, along with their employees, agents, and contracted operators, from advertising casino gaming and sports wagering on any Internet website or web-based platform primarily intended for this age group. Specifically, it bans the posting, distributing, broadcasting, or disseminating of such advertisements, as well as any sponsorship or financing of these advertisements within the state of New Jersey.

Additionally, the bill mandates that the Division of Gaming Enforcement create necessary rules and regulations to implement this prohibition and take legal actions to ensure compliance. The provisions of this act will take effect 60 days after its enactment.
