This bill aims to protect children under the age of 12 by prohibiting casino and sports wagering licensees, along with their employees, agents, and contracted operators, from advertising casino gaming and sports wagering on any Internet website or web-based platform primarily intended for this age group. Specifically, it bans the posting, distributing, broadcasting, or disseminating of such advertisements, as well as any sponsorship or financing of these advertisements within the state.

To ensure compliance and enforcement of this prohibition, the bill mandates that the Division of Gaming Enforcement develop necessary rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. The act is set to take effect 60 days after its enactment.
