This bill mandates the Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) to create and maintain a toll-free hotline for reporting violations related to campaign finance, election-related crimes, and other breaches of New Jersey's election laws. The hotline will be available at all times, allowing individuals to report violations of The New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act, as well as any infractions under Title 19 of the Revised Statutes.

Upon receiving reports, ELEC is required to review each submission and has the authority to refer findings to the Office of the Attorney General, county prosecutors, or other law enforcement agencies for further action as deemed necessary. The bill is set to take effect 60 days after its enactment.
