This bill aims to prohibit casino and sports wagering licensees, along with their employees, agents, and contracted operators, from advertising casino gaming and sports wagering on any Internet website or web-based platform primarily intended for individuals under the age of 12, including mobile applications. The bill specifically states that these entities are not allowed to post, distribute, broadcast, disseminate, or make such advertisements viewable to the public, nor can they sponsor or finance any related advertisements within the state.

Additionally, the bill mandates that the Division of Gaming Enforcement is responsible for creating any necessary rules and regulations to implement this prohibition and to take legal actions to ensure compliance. The act is set to take effect 60 days after its enactment.
