However, this bill modifies that requirement by ensuring that fines from Antwans Law violations are exclusively allocated to the municipality's treasury for law enforcement, thereby providing local law enforcement agencies with additional funding to enhance public safety in the area. The bill is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
