The policy will stipulate that any individual or group wishing to camp on the campus must first obtain approval from the institution.

Additionally, the bill provides a definition of camping, which includes activities such as pitching tents or using sleeping bags, blankets, makeshift shelters, motor homes, campers, or camp trailers for overnight stays. The legislation is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
