Additionally, it will highlight available free or low-cost resources related to doula services in New Jersey.

To ensure broad accessibility, the bill requires the development of educational materials in the top ten most commonly spoken languages in the state. These materials will be made available for download on the Department of Human Services' website and distributed through various local health agencies, clinics, reproductive health service providers, WIC agencies, and community outreach programs. The bill is set to take effect immediately upon passage.
