During this emergency period, the State is prohibited from charging or collecting parking fees at these locations. Additionally, all State employees designated as necessary for government services at these sites will be classified as essential personnel.

Furthermore, the bill stipulates that all New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission agencies, regional service centers, and inspection facilities, along with any supporting State agency offices, must also remain operational and open to the public during the same state of emergency. Employees or contracted personnel deemed necessary for government services at these facilities will similarly be considered essential personnel.
