The Chief Technology Officer is tasked with creating a protocol for compliance assessment, certifying that existing websites meet these standards within two years of the bill's effective date, and recertifying compliance every two years thereafter.

Additionally, the bill clarifies the definition of a "State agency" to encompass both the Executive and Legislative branches, including various departments, boards, and commissions.
