This bill establishes a New Hampshire-Greece Trade Council by amending RSA 12-O to include a new section, 12-O:23-b. The council aims to enhance bilateral trade and investment between New Hampshire and Greece, promote business and academic exchanges, and address policy issues of mutual interest. The council will consist of various members, including two senators, two house members, representatives from the Department of Business and Economic Affairs, the Secretary of State, the business and industry association, the Division of Economic Development, the University System of New Hampshire, and two public members appointed by the governor. The council will also elect a chairperson to oversee meetings.

Additionally, the bill allows the New Hampshire-Greece Trade Council to raise and accept funds through various means, including direct solicitation and fundraising events. It establishes the New Hampshire-Greece Trade Council Fund in the state treasury, which will be used to cover the council's administrative costs and support its activities. This fund will be non-lapsing and continually appropriated to the council. The bill also amends RSA 6:12 to include the New Hampshire-Greece Trade Council Fund as a designated source of receipts. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
