This bill amends the membership structure of the Pease Development Authority Board of Directors to increase its size from seven to nine members, thereby enhancing representation for the towns of Hampton and Rye. Additionally, the bill modifies the existing appointment process for the member nominated by the Strafford County legislative delegation, changing the designation from (g) to (i) in the list of appointments.

Furthermore, the bill adjusts the quorum requirements and voting thresholds for board actions. It changes the quorum from four to five members and requires a minimum of five affirmative votes for board actions, while the adoption of land use controls will now require six votes instead of five. The effective date for these changes is set for April 30, 2026.
