The first meeting must occur within 45 days of the bill's effective date, and the commission is required to submit an interim report by November 1, 2025, and a final report by November 1, 2026. Additionally, the bill includes a prospective repeal of the commission's authority under RSA 14:50-a, which will take effect on November 1, 2026.
