This bill establishes the Hampton Beach Master Plan Fund, which will be maintained separately from other funds and continually appropriated to the Hampton Beach area commission. The fund will serve as a depository for all gifts, grants, and donations made to the commission, as well as any other funds appropriated under this section. The bill amends RSA 216-J:5 by removing the word "or" from the list of funding sources and adding provisions for the commission's operational expenses, including those of its commissioners and employees, as well as the commission's initiatives.

Additionally, the bill appropriates $5,000 to the Hampton Beach Master Plan Fund for the fiscal years 2026 and 2027, specifically for funding the operations and initiatives of the commission. The governor is authorized to draw these amounts from the treasury. The act is set to take effect on July 1, 2025, and is expected to have a fiscal impact of $10,000 in expenditures over the two fiscal years, with funding sourced from the General Fund.
